1. What exactly does "turnkey" mean?

That we take the project from the first idea to the handover of a finished, functional space: design, permits where required, construction, supervision and furnishing. You receive the key — literally.

2. How is my budget protected?

The budget is locked at the design stage, with detailed quantity surveys. Because design and construction come from the same hands, there are no design-versus-site surprises — the most common source of overruns.

3. I live abroad — how do I follow the project?

Through regular photo progress reports and scheduled updates. Your approvals happen remotely, based on concrete visuals and documents — not descriptions. Many of our turnkey clients visit the site only twice: at the start and at handover.

4. Can I choose materials and equipment myself?

Of course — you decide, we recommend. We present options within your budget, you see them in 3D, and whatever you approve is ordered and installed by us.

5. Do you take on turnkey projects on the islands?

Yes — with a focus on Milos and the Cyclades, where we have local crew networks. On island projects turnkey is almost the only sensible route: someone has to coordinate logistics, tradesmen and season deadlines — and that someone is us.
