A typical apartment usually needs 6–10 weeks of work, depending on scope. The exact timeline is set in the study and we commit to it — with materials ordered early so the project never stalls waiting for supplies.
Most interior renovations in Greece are covered by a small-scale works approval; interventions on structural elements or facades require more. We check and handle whatever paperwork is needed.
For partial renovations, often yes, with proper phasing. For full renovations we advise against it — it costs time and comfort. We'll tell you honestly what applies to your project.
